What app and device will these products work on ?
These products are best suited for use with iPad and GoodNotes, as well as Android devices with Penly. While they are compatible with various PDF annotation apps, the experience may vary. Please note that these products are not designed to work with e-reader devices.
I can't find the download files in my email!
Don't worry! You can access them by following these steps:
Log in to your Etsy account.
Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
Select "Purchases and reviews" from the dropdown menu.
Find your purchase from NozomuNoto and click on it.
You'll find the download link(s) there.

I can't click on the hyperlinks in Goodnotes!
If you're unable to click on hyperlinks in GoodNotes, please follow these steps:
Make sure you are in "Read Only" mode in GoodNotes. Hyperlinks can only be accessed in this mode.
You can change from write mode to read-only mode by clicking on the pen symbol on the top right.

How do I change the template on the landing pages?
You can't directly change the template on the landing pages, but there's a simple workaround. Take a screenshot of the page you want to replace, then paste it onto the area of the landing page you want to modify. You can use this method to replace templates or elements with any picture too!
